REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We are pleased to offer Store Credit of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items, and Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return. [NO EXCEPTIONS] If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer store credit within 7 days of receiving the item or confirmed delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Plush Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, final sale, or returned after the 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
